1.  US 8494 – HIV Awareness

A one day workshop on Level 2 with 4 Credits, that will empower delegates to a) Describe and explain nature of HIV/AIDS, b) Describe transmission routes, c) Describe and explain practices which reduce and prevent risk of infection and d) Describe and analyse attitudes toward HIV and AIDS in the workplace.

2.  US  10985 – Conduct a Disciplinary Hearing

This one day workshop on Level 6 with 5 Credits will empower delegates to a) Conduct and manage the hearing, b) Implement procedure to handle non-dismissible offences, c) Hear pleadings, d) Take a decision as to sanction, e) Inform employee of and record decisions and f) Ensure that proceedings and decisions are recorded.
