Extract from Franz Buhler’s book, “Out of the Head and into the Heart”. Sometimes those basic principles of success are indeed out of our heads but unfortunately into a lost and forgotten file!

“No time to attend seminars, read books, do further training?”

A hiker meets a woodcutter, who is trying to chop down a tree. His saw is totally blunt and he is making little progress. “Sharpen your saw blade, then you will be able to saw better and will be much faster”, says the hiker.

The wood cutter replies: “I don’t have time to do that – I have to saw…”

When, how and with what do you sharpen your “saw blade”? When do you take time to do further training?

Schedule it now, and take the first step – you know, within 72 hours. It could be a phone call with which you make inquiries and obtain important information and documents, an exciting book that you order, an unconventional magazine that you buy, an honest compliment that you consciously make.

When, how and with what do you sharpen your “saw blade”?
